The 110,000 sf workspace in the award winning Belmar district provides an industrial and creative agency environment housing the nearly 1000 employees for one of the largest sales promotional agencies in the world according the Ad Age magazine. The Integer space encompasses three buildings that we conjoined by adding internal stairs and bridge unit. In addition, agile office planning accommodates a mobile workforce and enhances productivity in team environments, the facility is home to several large client presentation Schmooze areas featuring high end audio and visual communication capabilities, an atrium with views of a retail climbing wall, open ceilings, indirect lighting, raised floor HVAC and electrical distribution, and a 2000 sf break / leisure area for employee use.
