The 10,000 square foot design for this high-profile, resort-property and private residence landscape architectural studio is housed in the historic Sugar Building in lower downtown Denver. The interiors of this project reflect this sense of unique design by incorporating many natural materials including wood and stone. A challenge was also managed due to that this building was in fact two separate buildings with different structural elements and floor elevations. A warm, yet contemporary, feel surrounds both the staff of studio designers and visiting clients.
