A 120,000 square foot custom designed building housing the executive, regional sales, customer service, and engineering staff for the international direct marketing database technology company. Agile office planning accommodates a mobile workforce and enhances productivity in team environments, a concept supported by the firm’s executive team in conjunction with the designers allows the  exchange of ideas and information throughout the organization. It facilitates varying work processes (individual and group, giving freedom and mobility) and provides a diversity of spaces to support creative work in this contemporary organization with open office collaborative stations, informal conferencing areas, centralized huddle / meeting kiosks, a Merkle University training facility, a 6000 sf data center and 5000 sf break / leisure area for employee use.  The spaces promote creative thinking and impromptu interaction with no barriers or obstacles.
