Netdevil, which is a game development company dedicated to the construction of massively multiplayer universes, is housed in a 40,000 square foot warehouse space in an industrial park. The build-out takes it‘s cue from the actual definition of the netdevil, which is a deep sea anglerfish. The clear blue polycarbonate canted inverted cone at the entrance forces the visitor to imagine an underwater landscape. The work areas consist of mainly workstations designed for the creatives to collaborate with one another. An indoor basketball court adjacent to the lounge and break area offer a breakout area for the employees to interact with one another on another level. The space is also filled with street art supplied by the artists netdevil has on staff. The openness and creative atmosphere help this niche company attract and retain their employee base.
